HOW IT WORKS

Less busywork.
A better way
to run the day.

You know where your business gets held up. Gavin turns that problem into a practical system, with a clear scope, real testing, and a handoff your team can use.

Work directly with Gavin, from the first conversation through launch.

FROM IDEA TO EVERYDAY USE

A clear plan.
At every step.

We start with one useful improvement. You see what is being built, what it costs, and how we will know it works before the project goes live.

01

DISCOVER & SCOPE

Find the right problem to solve.

Walk Gavin through what happens today: who does the work, which tools they use, and where things fall through. Together, we choose a useful first project and a baseline to measure against.

You leave with A written scope, success measures, responsibilities, and a quote that separates setup from ongoing costs.

02

BUILD & CONNECT

Make it work your way.

We configure the workflow around your approved business information and connect the tools included in the scope. You define what it can answer, what it can change, and when it needs a person.

You review A working version with the main workflow, approved answers, and the agreed staff handoff.

03

TEST & REFINE

Try the situations that matter.

We test routine requests, missing details, unusual questions, and unavailable tools. For voice systems, that includes how the conversation sounds and whether the right details reach your team.

You approve The tested workflow, documented limitations, and the fallback when a request cannot be completed.

04

LAUNCH & SUPPORT

Put it to work. Keep it useful.

We launch the approved scope, walk your team through operating it, and review initial activity. Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements follow the support plan agreed in your proposal.

You receive Operating instructions, an issue-reporting process, and the performance information included in your scope.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Bring your process.
We’ll map the setup.

Reusable foundations make a starting point. Your information, permissions, integrations, and test cases make the system yours.

01

AI receptionist & lead response

We start with Your services, hours, FAQs, phone setup, intake questions, and who handles callbacks.

We define The greeting, approved answers, contact capture, response channels, and escalation rules. Booking and call transfers require separate connections and successful tests.

FOLLOW THE HANDOFF

From inquiry to
a clear next step.

See what the customer experiences, what your team receives, and where a person makes the decision. Choose a scenario, then move through the steps.

Illustrative example. Sample information; not a live AI system or client result.

Example Plumbing and Alex Taylor are fictional.

EXAMPLE 01 / STEP 1 OF 4

A caller requests a plumbing visit

Sample information

A routine kitchen faucet replacement. The caller's preferred time is recorded for staff review; availability and pricing are not assumed.

Sample conversation

  1. Receptionist

Thank you for calling Example Plumbing. I'm the automated receptionist. How can I help?

  2. Customer

I'm Alex Taylor. I'd like to arrange a kitchen faucet replacement.

When staff take over

Refer requests for a person, pricing, technical advice, urgent assistance or exceptions to the designated staff contact. If a transfer cannot be completed, retain a callback request without promising a response time.

Where automated handling stops

Stop routine intake if the caller reports an urgent situation or the request cannot be handled using approved information. Use the agreed escalation procedure. Do not diagnose the problem, promise emergency attendance or confirm an unverified appointment.

Incoming service call, step 1 of 4: Receive the call.

Selecting a step changes only this example. No calls, messages or bookings are made, and no customer information is saved.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Good questions.
Clear answers.

The goal is a system your business can rely on and your team understands how to use.

Run the numbers first ↗
Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No. Start with what is frustrating, repetitive, or easy to miss. Gavin will review the process, identify a practical first step, and explain the options in plain language.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

We check compatibility during scoping. Supported integrations depend on your software, subscription plan, access permissions, and the actions you want. Any required new tools or manual handoffs are identified before you approve the work.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

The workflow uses approved information and defined limits. Uncertain, sensitive, or out-of-scope requests go through an agreed staff handoff. AI can still make mistakes, so testing and review are part of the setup. A booking is confirmed only when a connected booking system successfully completes it.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

Your quote reflects the workflow, integrations, expected usage, and support required. It identifies setup fees, recurring service charges, and third-party or usage costs. The schedule is agreed after reviewing scope, access, and content dependencies.

What can I try before deciding?

Call our live AI receptionist to hear it answer questions about Schurr Automations. It can capture confirmed contact details for a real follow-up. Our current demo does not book appointments or transfer calls. The walkthrough above shows fictional scenarios for exploring the process.

Who maintains it after launch?

The proposal defines support responsibilities, included maintenance, and how changes are requested. Your business supplies updated hours, services, policies, and other facts. We agree how those changes are reviewed and applied.

LET’S START WITH ONE THING

through the cracks?

Tell Gavin what happens today and what you want to work better. He’ll review your request personally and help define the next step.
